SUBMISSIONS:
All submissions are to be in the form of a Word document or a Pages document or a PDF.

FONTS:
Preferred font is Arial (Callibri or Times are also acceptable)

Font Sizes
Headlines : 18pt
Sub Headings: 14pt
Body Copy: 10pt

Single inverted commas for quotes

PICTURES:
Pictures are to be high quality / large where possible
Photos are to be sent as an email attachment.
Photo captions are to be included in the body of the photo email or at the bottom of the Word /
Pages / PDF document.

GENERAL GUIDELINES:
All submissions are to be completed ready for publication. Before submitting please check your
document for:

• Spelling (including local words / place names)
• Grammar
• Single spaces between words
• Paragraph breaks / spacing

Articles are to be complete and ready for print. Please ensure any editing you wish to complete is
done prior to submitting.

When including your details for publication please include your full name and preferred contact
method.

Ensure that you have attached the correct attachment.

If submitting photos please include a photo description / caption. If photo is not yours please
ensure that you have asked permission to use photograph and include photographers name so
they can be credited.

Please do not send PowerPoint presentations, Publisher documents or documents in picture or
print form. Incomplete submission / ideas will not be published.
